A substantial maple carving board with a large juice groove and well for collecting au jus.*
This board is made in Vermont by a second-generation family-owned business. Each carefully designed and crafted product is meant to become a family heirloom, passed down from generation to generation. They use only sustainably forested, harvested, and processed North American hardwoods and are committed to fair labor practices. In fact, many of their employees have been with them for decades. From loggers to sawmill owners to factory workers, over fifty pairs of hands have touched your board by the time you receive it.
