Janet Mavec  is an antique jewelry dealer and jewelry designer.  Her store, J. Mavec & Co, graced NYC's Madison Avenue for twenty years. Her jewelry creations are inspired by the natural world; her jewelry techniques informed by years immersed in the world of fine jewelry.  Janet now resides on a picturesque farm in Pottersville, New Jersey.

Each box is handmade in Saigon using traditional methods.  No two pieces are the same and the natural variations in color or slight imperfections are to be expected.

Care: Handmade lacquer is a delicate material and may be scratched.  Clean only with a very soft, damp cloth (paper towel can be too abrasive).  If scratches appear, Turtle Wax or a similar car wax may be used to buff the finish.
