An elegant everyday bowl for soups, salads, and desserts.
Burleigh's Blue Asiatic Pheasants pattern was introduced in 1862 and became one of Burleigh's most iconic and versatile collections. Elegant birds and beautiful florals in soft blue bring refinement to any occasion, whether it's a family dinner or large gathering.
The last of its kind, Burleigh continues to practice the honored art of tissue transfer printing from hand-engraved copper rollers. A method dating back over 250 years, there are now just 12 craftspeople in the world who have this precise skill, and they are all craftspeople at Burleigh. With a rich and intricate history, beginning and remaining in the home of English pottery; Burleigh has been proudly making earthenware since 1851, based at Middleport Pottery in Stoke-on-Trent since 1889.
