Artisanal Preserves by Gregory Benjamin

Gregory Benjamin preserves are made in a firehouse kitchen in Bucks County, PA.  Greg sources his fruits and berries locally from the surrounding farms, making small batches by hand.

Don't let his small-town production fool you, though; Greg has won six awards in the last three years at the prestigious World's Original Marmalade Awards in Cumbria, England.  The New York Times says his products are "outstanding" and Philadelphia magazine gave them a Best of Philly Award.  His subtle hand with flavors and use of the best, in-season ingredients make him a wonderful find; try a jar or two and taste for yourself!
