Black & Blue Preserve from Les Collines

Les Collines Black & Blue Preserve comes from the heart of summer with the darkest gems– blueberries, blackberries, and black raspberries, or trois noirs.  They join forces for an intensely flavored and dense preserve. Like 3-berry pie, but more so…to pair with mascarpone or other soft fresh cheese– with sorbet and grilled fruit, and, of course, direct from the jar!  Delicious with fresh ricotta and toasted almonds for breakfast.

Les Collines jellies and preserves are handmade in the hamlet of Hillsdale, nestled in the beautiful hills of Columbia County, New York. They source the bounty of the seasons from small farms in the Hudson Valley and Berkshires.  Their flavors are all about the fruit and are preserved in small batches, with love.  Pair with savory foods as well as breakfast.
