Their eye for detail ensures their martensitic blades are properly ground, polished wet, and sharpened by hand to ensure the perfect cut every time. The same attention is also given to spoons and forks; buffing and polishing is all done by hand and every piece is individually finished.

Dishwasher safe; resin handles should be washed at temperatures no higher than 105 degrees Fahrenheit and never on the "Pots" cycle.
