These handcrafted trugs have been made in the same Sussex village since 1899 using only traditional tools and methods. They are a useful and attractive place to store your everyday garden tools, carry your freshly harvested cut flowers and vegetables, load up for a picnic, or bring to your local farm stand instead of a shopping bag. Trugs are lightweight, strong and durable.
With proper care these trugs will age beautifully, looking better and better after each year of use. Empty them after use and store them in a dry airy place. If needed, they can be seasonally washed using hot soapy water, gently scrubbed and left to dry naturally in the air.
