Gregory Benjamin preserves are made in the kitchen of a quaint country church in Carversville, Pennsylvania (population 82). Greg sources his fruits and berries locally from the surrounding Bucks County farms, making small batches by hand.
Don't let his small-town production fool you, though; Greg has won six awards in the last three years at the prestigious World's Original Marmalade Awards in Cumbria, England. The New York Times says his products are "outstanding" and Philadelphia magazine gave them a Best of Philly Award. His subtle hand with flavors and use of the best, in-season ingredients makes him a wonderful find; try a jar or two and taste for yourself!
