Gooseberry Jelly from Les Collines

Gooseberries are a member of the current family and their tartness makes Les Collines' Gooseberry Jelly a perfect foil for shortcrust tarts and pairs beautifully with any nut butter. Try it with Comte or with a goat cheddar and pistachios.  It's also lovely as a glaze for cheesecake.  

Les Collines jellies and preserves are handmade in the hamlet of Hillsdale, nestled in the beautiful hills of Columbia County, New York. They source the bounty of the seasons from small farms in the Hudson Valley and Berkshires.  Their flavors are all about the fruit and are preserved in small batches, with love.  Pair with savory foods as well as breakfast.
